David brings over 25 years of senior management experience to Oasis Accounting & Tax Corp having a strong background in accounting/finance tax preparation, tax planning and business management.  David has a very diverse background of experience ranging from business management in an array of business industries from Amazon distributors and other online retailers, retail stores, FFL Dealers, sporting goods, construction industry (at both the general or management construction firm level and to the sub or trade level contractor), foodservice and restaurant industry,  not for profit, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, accounting and tax practice and development of tax preparation software. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ashford University and the Forbes School of Business


David grew up in the San Joaquin Valley city of Visalia in Central California.  While living in Three Rivers California he began his first tax and accounting practice.  In 2000 he moved to Stuart Florida and was employed at a software company developing tax preparation software. While employed there he became an Enrolled Agent (EA), empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent all taxpayers and entities before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for audits, collections, and appeals.  David has been located in Florence Kentucky since June 2019 with his twin brother and family after the passing of his beloved wife Jeanette in February 2019.  
 

He has three children. Two adult children residing in California and one in Florida. He has seven grandchildren that reside in California all of which are a special love in his heart and a true blessing from God.
 

David gave his heart to Jesus Christ at the age of eight and throughout life has strived to develop a strong personal relationship with Jesus, seeking His will in all aspects of his life.

How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data onsite monitored by Sophos hardware firewall systems as well as Acronis data storage solutions both onsite and US data centers, onsite data storage are both incremental and live backup.


Our Company will keep your personal date for minimum of 4 years unless tax or other laws require retention lengths of a longer period of certain documents. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by erasing electronic media and securely cross-shredding any paper documents that may exist in files if you do not desire to reclaim a copy of the file.
